CHANGE POLICY

  • Before making your purchase verify your size, allow the help of our advisers.
  • The time to make a product change is thirty (30) calendar days from the purchase or from the day of receipt of the product, purchased at one of our exclusive sales points of FAJAS MARIAE or through one of our channels. Catalog sales or online sales.
  • According to company certification before INVIMA through article 12 of decree 4725 of 2005, free product contamination must be guaranteed, therefore the company can decide whether to accept or reject an application for change depending on the state of the product.
  • The changes must be made at the point of sale where it was purchased.
  • To make any type of change it is indispensable to present the invoice.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, it must contain its identification label and packaging.
  • Used products do not have any type of change.
  • In the first instance change of size is made, if there is no size available, a change can be requested for another color of the same reference in the required size.
  • If the reference in size or color is not available the change can be made for another reference. If there is balance in favor of the client must be spent.
  • Only one (1) time change may be made.

  • The customer assumes all shipping costs.
  • Products or references type Brazilian, bodys, panties have no change nor can be tested.
  • Promotional products have no change.

GUARANTEE

  • MariaE products are produced under optimal quality standards, it is necessary to follow the recommendations on their use, care and conservation.
  • The product warranty time is 30 calendar days.
  • The warranty covers defects in quality in supplies and clothing.
  • To make the warranty claim effective, the product must be delivered to one of our FAJAS MARIAE points of sale by presenting the purchase invoice.
  • The quality department of Fajas MariaE will evaluate the product within a maximum period of 5 working days.
  • If it is evidenced through quality inspections that the product has been modified or manipulated in its design, manufacture or supplies through a third party loses its warranty.
  • If there is evidence of defects in quality in the supplies or clothing, the affected parts will be repaired or replaced.
  • If the product presents quality damages which can not be repaired or replaced according to the criteria of the quality department of FAJAS MARIAE will proceed to change the product.
  • No warranty claim is accepted if after the respective evaluation of quality is evidenced a misuse; Example: forcing the product or its components or not follow the suggestions and recommendations on the care of the same.
  • For hygiene and health the product must be delivered under proper cleaning conditions.
  • The warranty claim does not generate any additional cost on inputs or labor.
  • Our sales advisors will take all their respective data to give a timely response within the established days.

RETURNS

  • To retractarte of your purchase and to request the total return of the money you have five (5) working days from the reception of the product to send it directly to FAJAS MARIAE located at the address calle 79 N ° 52D - 134 Itagüí, Antioquia; Applies only to catalog sales and online sales.
  • The maximum term for the return process is seven (7) business days after the request is made.
  • For the refund of the money you must send us an email to contacto@fajasmariae.com a bank certification of your account to deposit the money, or if you prefer you can also send us the following information: type of identification document (cedula or NIT) Identification number, full names of the beneficiary of the account, name of the financial institution, type of account (savings or current) and account number.
  • No refund is made if the purchase was made directly at one of our exclusive FAJAS MARIAE retail outlets.

  • Packages with payment against delivery are not accepted.
